A very high quality wine using only the best grapes after rigorous manual selection. The production is therefore low and the wine has limited availability. A Spanish red wine may be called Reserva if it has matured in the bodega for at least 3 years, of which at least 1 year on wood.
Our Reserva is a rich, full-bodied red wine with aromas of ripe red fruit, refined oak and vanilla. This wine has very soft and elegant tannins, this is due to the aging of 12 months in French oak, followed by another year of aging in American oak and 24 months of bottle aging. This combination provides a full-bodied, soft taste with notes of black currant, mocha, nuts and vanilla.

This wine is what you call high on taste: lots of dark fruit, lots of spices, vanilla and earthy notes, all kept in check by fresh acidity in the aftertaste. The powerful flavors of the tempeh go well with that. The mild, soft and creamy avocado does not disappoint the wine. It has enough filling to provide a pleasant counterplay. An exciting, playful combination.
