Signature Tempranillo Monastrell Crianza - Biologisch
ABOUT THE WINE“The softer version of our Signature selection. 9 months in oak and then 2 years in the bottle gives this wine depth and complexity, with a view to a soft fruitiness. For when you like the variety of wood and juiciness! ” Derrick Neleman

A Spanish red wine may be called Crianza if it has matured for at least 2 years, of which at least 6 months in wood. Our Crianza has matured for 8 to 9 months in used French oak and two years in the bottle. A rich full-bodied wine with a deep color and a beautiful aroma of ripe red fruit and refined oak. The tempranillo preserves the freshness in the wine and the monastrell provides the ripe, candied fruit. Happiness is guaranteed! Drink these treats with dishes from the grill, best at cellar temperature, 16 to 18 degrees. Now ready to drink, can be stored for 4 to 5 years.

What could be better than the right wine & food combination? We figured it out for you. The crianza blends seamlessly with the baked vegetables with cumin and the earthy and warm in the wine makes the nut kebab even more nutty. Enjoy your meal!
