This Cava is a blend of chardonnay and macabeo grapes, has an alcohol content of 11.5% and is made in the traditional way (thus raised as a Champagne). A pure fine mousse. In the nose some sweet peach / apple fruit with sufficient minerality, the taste is fresh and round. Delicious as an aperitif, with tapas or crustaceans and shellfish. Can be stored for approximately two years after purchase.
